I would like to express my thanks to everyone involved in the care of my uncle (Chitappa), Mr. H.Muralidharan, at Varnawihaa. The management and the staff certainly go out of their way to make sure that everything our uncle needs and also services that we need done for him, is always taken care of. The staff does an excellent job of keeping us informed of his health condition, doctor's orders and any other conditions that may occur. We admire the patience and dedication of the staff for taking special care of our uncle, post his hand surgery, in helping him recover completely and regain normal functionality of his arm. It certainly has taken a load off my aged parents shoulders, knowing that he, Mr.Muralidharan, is being well cared for, providing them the much needed time to take care of themselves. Sir/Madam,

My father K.N.Thirunavukkarasu, aged 87 years was admitted in your home in July 2012. One month back, he had partial stroke in the early hours and Miss. Sridevi informed us at 6 o'clock itself and as per our request he had been taken to the nearby hospital by the home's Ambulance.In the hospital also, she has taken care and initiative and the problem was overcome within a day. Then my father has been brought back to the home without our assistance.
In another occasion,he fell down from the chair, they called the doctor and put stitches .We are happy the care and attention given to my father.Miss. Sridevi has given special care to my father and had taken timely and immediate action without waiting for our instruction.I have to mention special appreciation to the attender Miss.Nisha who cared for my father in spite of his scoldings.Normally it is very difficult to make my father to eat food. But Miss. Nisha manages very well and make him to eat.
We are immensely pleased with the service rendered by the home to the elderly people.

Thank you very much for sharing the responsibility of looking after my father.

With reference to your Varnawihaa , an exclusive home for the senior citizens , following are my observations. When I came to admit my mother in law lakshmiammal aged 97 who was suffering from asthmatic bronchitis , I came in search of a home which can extend proper care in my absence due to my professional requirements at Hosur.

what impressed us in your Varnawihaa is cleanliness sans bad adour, complete safety, medical care on call.
well equipped to handle senior citizens professionally and compassionately.
enough trained staff to take care of the needs of the inmates.
systematic mainatanance and attention.
Based on our experience we are now convinced that yours is one of the top most professionally run institution rendering comprehensive services without making the close relatives of the inmates panicky. Hence we are able to take care of our work peacefully in far away places .
